What factors will give you competitive advantages or disadvantages? Marketing Plan Identify your targeted customers and their characteristics (age, gender, income level). Describe the most important features of the major products or services. What is special about them? What will the product do for the customer? What products and companies will compete with you? Why will you win the competition? How will you promote your product/service?
