I usually wear casual style clothes. My favorite piece of clothing is a hoodie. I love wearing hoodies from Qazaq Republic and other brands. I usually buy clothes in shopping malls, as there is a lot of choice there. I especially love Zara and LC Waikiki stores. I go shopping once every two weeks. My favorite brands are Qazaq Republic and LC Waikiki. I think a different style of clothing makes a person feel differently. For example, casual style makes us feel free. Modern classic clothes make us feel confident.

Fashion is certain types of clothing that are relevant and in trend in a certain period. I follow fashion, but not always. I try to combine fashion with my style. I combine fashionable clothes with a base. I think it’s not necessary to always follow fashion. I think we should follow fashion, but at the same time try to maintain our individual style. You can’t lose yourself in the pursuit of fashion. I’m not always up to date with new fashions, but I think bright clothes are in fashion now. I think the strangest fashion is clothes that go beyond the human mind. There are brands that present unusual, extraordinary clothes, but sometimes they overdo it and it turns out that no one is interested and does not buy these clothes. I wouldn’t like to be a model. The work of the model is shown to us as an easy and carefree job. But in fact, this job requires a constant diet and exercise. The first healthy habit that I would recommend is a healthy sleep. Many people prefer to sit on social networks at night rather than sleep. Because of this, a person sleeps very little, as a result of which his immune system weakens. If a person sleeps 7-8 hours every day, then in the morning he will be cheerful and his whole working day will be at a good level. The second piece of advice I would like to give is drinking water every day on a regular basis. If you drink at least 2 liters of water every day, it will have a good effect on our immune system. The third piece of advice is to watch the food you eat. Nowadays there are a lot of harmful foods that can lead to cancer in the future. Try to refrain from eating harmful foods, even if you really want to eat it. When we consume junk food, which contains a large amount of cholesterol, our blood becomes clogged and over time can cause problems with blood vessels and the heart. Proper nutrition is our beauty, health, good mood, the key to a long happy life. The most useful food for children are fruits, fruit purees, porridges, etc.

Mostly for breakfast I eat porridge and a sandwich. Sometimes I eat an omelet instead of porridge. In the morning I drink a glass of cocoa or milk. A healthy pyramid is a pyramid where products and the amount of their consumption are shown. For brain development, it is very useful to eat walnuts, which contain vitamins B. Chocolate and fish also improve brain function. Eating carrots improves your eyesight and helps to increase growth. Eating lots of fruits, vegetables and salads improves our health and physique. Now people like to eat fast food because it is prepared very quickly. In fact, there are substances in fast food that cause addiction in our body, which is why we always want to eat them. Usually fast food is washed down with Cola. With such food, you can get heartburn and poor functioning of the digestive system. There are also external problems after eating unhealthy food. The appearance of acne, skin deterioration and hair dull are the consequences of improper nutrition.
